Mr Farad Emambocus is the CEO and Chairman of Hive Holdings Limited and brings a unique global perspective to his leadership role, leveraging over 25 years of hands-on experience in operations and strategic planning within an array of global markets and industries worldwide.
Farad was born and raised in the United Kingdom and is a Mauritian citizen through his parents. He is currently a private gold trading consultant for one of the Royal families in Abu Dhabi and has a wealth of experience in trading high-value commodities. In addition to his role at Hive Holdings, Farad is also the CEO of a private global luxury concierge and networking firm based in the United Kingdom. His expertise in this role has established him as a trusted advisor and dealmaker among high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), Government representatives, Royal family offices, and Celebrities, obtaining a stellar reputation for crafting and structuring valuable deals, creating networking opportunities, and sourcing both commodities and luxury items for his esteemed clientele.

SAMEER AMIRAN
CO-FOUNDER & COO
Mr Sameer Amiran, is the COO and spearheads the operations for Hive Holdings Ltd. Over 25 years’ experience in sourcing, import and export, managing trade operations, risk assessments and more, has earned him a wealth of knowledge in the global trade industry.
Sameer is also a senior commercial real estate developer, having constructed some of Mauritius’ most iconic buildings and being involved in many leading projects and development on the island. He has a wealth of contacts across Asia and Europe primarily in the construction industry.
ABDULRASHEED TILEWA LAMUYE
TRADE & FINANCE DIRECTOR
Mr AbdulRasheed is the company’s trade and finance director and is also a seasoned Urban Development Consultant, Economist, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and Quality Assurance Analyst with extensive expertise in project facilitation, fund arrangement and commodity trading. With a career spanning almost three decades, AbdulRasheed plays a pivotal role in business development.
Born and raised in the beautifully diverse and vibrant city of Lagos in South-West Nigeria into the renowned Lamuye family (a Royal family from Iwo in Osun State ), his formative years were marked by a tradition of excellence and deeply ingrained ethical values.
With a strong track record in business consultancy, urban development, financial structuring, and trade, AbdulRasheed continues to drive impactful projects that enhance economic growth and infrastructure development across multiple regions. His ability to integrate strategic planning with hands-on execution has positioned him as a trusted leader in the global development landscape.
